The 1-bedroom apartment at West Park Annex Wolverhampton was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a light sleeper like me. I loved the fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. The bedroom was just right, and the flat-screen TV in the living room provided entertainment. The bathroom had a hairdryer, which was a nice touch.
I, personally, found the washing machine in the apartment a bit noisy. But hey, others might not mind it at all.

The hotel had a charming and cozy decor, with comfortable seating in the general areas. It was easily accessible for senior people, with no stairs to climb and clear signage throughout.
It would have been even better if there was a dedicated staff member to assist senior guests with their needs and offer extra support.

As a senior woman, I found the decoration of the hotel to be lovely and charming. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with clear signage, well-lit hallways, and handrails in place to ensure safety and ease of movement.
It would be even better for senior people if the children working there could provide a portable grab bar for the shower.

I got a great value for my money at the West Park Annex Central. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a sofa, microwave, and fridge. The location was perfect, right across from a lovely park, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering more variety or adding a few healthy options.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the fact that the location of the hotel was in a nice area, right next to a beautiful park. This provided us with a pleasant environment for leisurely walks and a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the annex had a good selection of useful utensils for cooking, which made it convenient for preparing our holiday meals. Moreover, the amenities such as the TV, washer, cooker, and nice little bathroom added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay.
One disappointing aspect of our stay was the discrepancy in the bedding arrangements. Despite our initial request for a second bed to be made up, only one bed was provided, leaving one of us to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa without any extra bedding or pillows.
